1. How do I order?
To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted, PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an "order confirmation" email from us. Your order will then begin processing.
1A. LIMITED EDITION STYLES:
Haus of Swag is an ever changing and evolving premium fashion brand. From time to time we will introduce new styles, some will be mainstays while others will be 'limited edition' items which means that they will only be printed for a limited time and in most cases will not return to the site. We do this to stay above the fashion curve and to offer exclusivity and limit the number of products we print on particular styles. We know that fashion forward customers want to feel exclusive with the styles they rock and limiting the number of products we print gives them this option. Our inventory moves rapidly as we do events, trade shows and private functions as well as our online platform, so we strongly suggest that you order when items are readily available.
Our in-stock items move at a rapid pace. For this reason, we accept pre-orders on certain styles that are 'mainstays' that have a high demand with limited quantities and potential to sell-out. To pre-order, check our listed "Pre-Order Only" section, select and purchase the item you want. When the item has been shipped, we will inform you via the email address you used to purchase your item (please be sure this email is accurate and not a spam-heavy inbox). Pre-orders normally take 2-4 weeks for production unless otherwise specified. Pre-order "only" items are also noted for each specific item in the subject header of the item description. For example, items will read in the header as - "FLY GRL DRESS, "PREORDER ONLY". As well, once in the description box of that item, more details are included such as an ETA and contact email for further questions.
Once orders arrive and are physically in-stock, processing times are 2-3 business days. Pre-orders are shipped in "blocks" in the manner in which they are received. You will receive email notifications once your pre-order has shipped. Daily shipping cut-off times are 3PM, EST. Please be sure that if your email or address has changed, you notify us immediately as we will use the email and address listed from the PayPal database at the time of your purchase. As a standard, all orders including items which show in-stock, are shipped together once fulfillment is complete with pre-order purchases.
Please contact us @ email@example.com if you have any questions pertaining to your pre-ordered item. We have no control over items that have been placed online to the general public after notices of pre-orders have been processed. Unfortunately, we can not hold pre-order items for any customers unless they have been pre-purchased.
While we try to be as accurate as possible with release dates for pre-orders, in some instances - dates are moved up due to production and or shipping times . If dates for physical stock on pre-orders has changed, we will update the change within the ordering details for each item. If the change is significant (i.e. longer than 7 business days), we will submit an email with details to all pre-existing customers.
1C. Oh Snap, Out-Of-Stock:
See something you just gotta have, but it's out-of-stock or not available in your size? We know, bummer. Unfortunately we do not offer definitive dates on restocks. Because our styles, graphics and color combo's change with regard to our stock methodology and move at such a rapid pace, we can make no guarantees that your FAVE will return as is. (Please see 1A for limited edition styles).
Subscription holders get first-dibs on restocks and new arrivals. Not subscribed to our newsletter? That's easy! 2. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is exclusively by PayPal You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account; however it is easy to set up a PayPal account if you have a valid email address.

3. How secure is PayPal?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) so your personal and financial details are safe!
4. What currency do you use?
We are based in the US so all our prices are in USD (US Dollars). If you wish to know the prices in your local country, please use a currency converter such as XE.com.
*5. What shipping service do you use?
All orders within the United States are sent by USPS (United States Post Office).
******PLEASE NOTE: Special instructions regarding delivery must be handled by customer with their respective local postal carrier. Haus of Swag does not take requests or recommendations regarding where packages are delivered, i.e. 'back gate, with neighbor, under mat, at garage door' etc. Orders are shipped using only a valid mailing/shipping address. Any special instructions are omitted before items are shipped as it causes an error in the acceptance of shipment during processing within our PayPal shipping system.******
***All customers will incur a flat shipping rate (which varies based on garment weight) of current pricing based on the USPS system + (each additional piece). Total calculation will be added once order is complete.****
First Class and/or Priority mail is the standard type of service selection which ensures delivery within 3-4 business days of your purchase. Express service is also available for an additional fee.
*****If you need your item rushed to you and prefer *next day* shipping, you will need to pay an additional fee for expedited shipping. Fee will be determined based on your zip code + weight. After you have placed your order, please call us at 877.880.7924 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you would like your order shipped next day service*****. You can also make a note in your order via PayPal that you would like expedited shipping. Once the order has been received, using your notes, we will follow-up and send tracking information to ensure delivery accuracy for next-day service.
You may also track your package using the USPS website at www.usps.com. Your tracking number will be submitted to you via the email you provided at the time of checkout.
6. Can I have my item expedited or shipped overnight?
Haus of Swag offers overnight shipping for an additional fee flat. If you have placed an order and need it shipped overnight, after placing your order you can either add an extra $25.00 to your total payment and list in the notes/instructions that you wish for overnight shipping. We will send you an email confirmation that your order will be shipped overnight (unless out of stock) and submit to you a tracking number of which to track your package. 7. How much is delivery outside the US?
International postage are calculated at a flat fee. If you have placed an international order, we will send you a payment request for the flat fee amount.

Please note that this is not a next day service provided by us, but we will prioritize your order. If your order is urgent, please let us know!
8. When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched we will send you an Order Status email which will contain the postal method used and any relevant tracking numbers.
If there is going to be a significant delay with posting your order for any reason we will inform you via email. Occasionally an item may become out of stock after you have placed your order, in this case we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of a refund or having it shipped separately if it will be back in stock. If the item will not be back in stock soon we will refund your payment immediately.
Haus of Swag cannot be held responsible for orders arriving late due to delays in the postal service, holidays or circumstances out of our control.
We process and dispatch US orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed (unless items are out of stock).
Cut-off shipping time is 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) daily. If you have ordered anytime after 3:00 PM EST, your order will be processed expediently but will not ship until the next business day. Likewise, orders placed on Sat-Sun, ship the following Monday by 3:00 PM EST.
9. What is your return policy?
• Every care has been taken to ensure our website descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray the items we carry, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor with regard to color variations. Please be sure to check specified sizing charts for each product before ordering.
Manufacturing issues are unfortunately out of our control, however all items are put through quality control before the shipping process begins.
We hope you love your Haus of Swag Tee but if you are unhappy we will offer you a store credit to items ONLY deemed FAULTY, DAMAGED or size inadequate (excluding postage) if returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 7 days from the date of purchase. We DO NOT offer refunds.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a "signed for" or insured service (such as Priority Mail) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.
We will also allow an online store credit of up to 30 days of purchase which can be used as a form of payment for the pricing and availability of any online items priced identical or closer in value to your original purchase. To arrange an exchange or store credit, please contact email@example.com and let us know your issue and return. If you wish for a small or larger size, simply note this in your request so that an exchange can be pulled immediately in your correct size as we await the return of your item.

10. OMG, my order hasn't arrived!
If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated time-frame of delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may inquire about your order status at any time by email@example.com with full details of your order. You can also call us toll free at 877-880-7924. Unfortunately we have no control over courier issues once packages have been shipped from our office to your destination. We ask that you contact your local post office and/or courier with your corresponding tracking number(s). We can not replace orders that have been shipped and show 'delivered' in the USPS system that have not been received due to theft, loss or mishandled. Please also allow 7-10 business working days for any issues regarding packages lost, delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly; however rare - it sometimes happens. Parcels are 'at times' routed incorrectly and may take time to be delivered back to the original destination. If items are routed to us for 'non-deliverable' addresses or otherwise, we will immediately contact you via the email you provided at the time of your purchase. We will gladly replace (where applicable and provided stock availability) for items if tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and NOT for items that state DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc once tracked.
